On Saturday, January 16th 2010, our annual SOI-Day will take place at ETH in Zurich. Starting at 10am we will present you interesting talks, solutions to some tasks of the first round, as well as, the ranking of the first round. Moreover you can look forward to the live Tank War-Contest, when we will let the submissions to the task «Tank War» play against each other to see which program is going to win it all.
The SOI-Day is open, so feel free to invite anybody you want.

Just to inform you that you have 9 more days until the deadline for the practical and theoretical track of the first round of SOI 2010.
We prolong the deadline for the creativity task(tank war) by one week in order to give you the chance to enhance your programs even further.
Deadline Practical and Theoretical Track : Monday, 30th of November 2009 at midnight
Deadline Creativity Task : Monday, 7th of December 2009 at midnight
Note that you can (and should) submit earlier, so if you have problems with the submission, you can contact us.
SOI 2010 starts now - tasks online!
The tasks of the first round of the Swiss Olympiad in Informatics 2010 are online. Young computer enthusiasts can show their programming skills until November 30th and exchange their ideas with others. If you are amongst the best participants, you can win prizes, a spot in our training camp in Davos or even a ticket to the International Olympiad in Informatics 2010 held in Waterloo, Canada. To participate, sign up for an account on this webpage and submit your solutions until the end of November. Make sure to check out the rules and general information about SOI.
